Originally sourced from Carr Textile, these heavier weight (20oz) waxed canvas remnants are ready for your next sewing or craft project. Waxed canvas is one of our favorite materials because it is naturally water-resistant and acquires a beautiful patina over time. This is the same sturdy waxed material we use to make our Garrison Bags, Backpacks and Zip Bags. Because of its waxed coating, it holds folds and creases well--making it an approachable sewing material for beginners, and well suited for a wide range of sewing setups.* 

*NOTE: Home sewing machines should be able to handle 2-3 layers of this fabric, but if you plan to sew anything thicker (4 layers or more) we'd recommend using an industrial machine.
